Meet Our Ophthalmologists

An ophthalmologist is a medical graduate who has undertaken further studies in the diseases and surgery of the eye. Ophthalmologists perform microsurgery for conditions such as cataract, glaucoma, and squint as well as laser surgery for the treatment of diabetes.

Although ophthalmologists prescribe glasses, they do not dispense or manufacture them. That is the role of an optometrist.
